Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Welcome to DEADMATT. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
This website is operated by DEADMATT, a UK-based business specialising in custom-made art prints. If you have any questions, please contact us via the details on our website.
2. Products
All items sold by DEADMATT are custom-made to order. This means each piece is created to your chosen specifications (size, material, design). Please ensure you review all product details carefully before placing an order.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment gateways offered at checkout.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all custom orders within 5–10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to couriers or external factors.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Please note: Under UK law, custom-made items are exempt from standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made goods unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or not as described, you have the right to request a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not apply to faults caused by misuse or general wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, imagery, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of DEADMATT or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of our products. Our total liability in respect of any product shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
9. Privacy
We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
